Pin-Type Fasteners & Insert Nuts
Self-clinching nuts and studs (press-in type) function both as fasteners and as spacers. Threads range from M2 to M12, with material options including low-carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum. These components are used to mount support plates, standalone chassis, and other parts.
Insert nuts reinforce plastic, composite, and alloy materials, allowing screws to be installed and removed repeatedly. Specially designed helical knurled grooves deliver higher torque and pull-out force. Sizes range from M1.0 to M12, with common materials including brass, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and titanium.
